Exploration data belongs on a map, not in a folder of PDFs.

Most exploration data lives in desktop GIS projects, spreadsheets and assessment report PDFs. Sharing it means sending files, hoping the other side has the right software, and explaining which layers matter. MinexMaps publishes the compilation itself: claims, geology, geophysics, geochemistry and drill holes, styled the way the geologist built them.

Maps are authored in QGIS and served with open standards (QGIS Server and Lizmap) on infrastructure run by Exploration Insider. Heavy layers only draw when you zoom in, rasters are converted to cloud-optimized formats, and every map is checked before it goes online.

Maps can be private to a client team, or public for a press release or investor presentation. A self-publishing service, where you upload your own QGIS project, is in development.
