Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. When using MinexMaps you must not:

• publish unlawful content, or data you have no right to publish at the visibility you chose;
• put third parties' personal information on a map beyond what the map needs (no landowners' personal details on public maps);
• upload malware, macros or code (the upload checks remove them anyway);
• try to reach other clients' maps or data;
• scrape, load-test or security-test the service without our written permission;
• use a map for misleading investor promotion; a public map must match your filed disclosure.

Found a security problem? Tell us through the contact page; please do not test further. Breaches can lead to removal of content, suspension or termination.
