Usage in your team's menu shows your plan and this month's numbers against it. Everyone in the team can open it; maps still in preview show their names only to your administrators.
What is counted
- Storage: the published maps (after clipping and conversion), plus the last two versions of each.
- Live maps: maps published for your team.
- Seats: team members and pending invitations.
- Data served this month: what your maps sent to their visitors.
- Uploads this month, and what the AI assistant cost this month (your maps' questions and upload explanations). Each map's settings page shows its own AI spend and every question asked (The AI map assistant).
Your maps this month
A row per map: its visitors, opens, data served and storage, with its viewer buttons. For a map's last 30 days, its saved-view links and which portal people came through, open the map's Links and stats tab (Links and stats).
When you get close to a limit
Team administrators get an email at 80% of the plan's storage (weekly while over). Live maps keep working at the limit; only new uploads stop until space is freed or the plan is upgraded. Inviting someone past your seats is refused with a note: remove someone or upgrade (Subscription in the menu).
